Day one: Prologue: 150km day which includes a 15km timed stage to set the running order for day 2.
Day 2: 300km plus navigation course by roadbook
Day 3: 200km plus navigation course by roadbook
For 2017 the course will consist of a varied terrain, including gravel based tracks of varying degrees of difficulty mixed with some more demanding single track and complex navigation. 85% – 90% of the course will be off road.
The course will be 100% rideable with no “Show stoppers”
This is true rally bike terrain with long tracks and good navigation being key to the event. The course will have secret check points en route and these will be verified by GPS tracking so accurate navigation is vital.
The course will be set by Rui Matias, Director of Portugal Off Road and checked by Robert Hughes of RallyMoto to ensure the roadbook conforms to events we have held in the UK.
